ERP Apps Specialist II – Tech Consulting

About the role

The Professional Services Consultant will implement LexisNexis Risk Solutions products for clients across multiple risk verticals, delivering technical integration via XML, Web Services, Cloud and hosted web applications. The role is hybrid, requiring presence in the Sao Paulo office 1‑3 days per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients, sales teams and internal support staff.
• Share product knowledge, best practices and technical examples to accelerate implementation.
• Analyze issues, determine root causes and coordinate escalation when needed.
• Manage installation, implementation and configuration while keeping project plans up‑to‑date.
• Deliver 3rd‑level XML support and conduct technical presentations and product demos.
• Participate in departmental projects aimed at improving team productivity.
• Maintain up‑to‑date expertise in databases, programming, search and web technologies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and related hardware/software.
• Knowledge of industry practices in financial services, collections, healthcare, government, law enforcement and insurance.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
• Willingness to work onsite in Sao Paulo on a hybrid schedule.
