Tech Consulting – ERP Apps Specialist II

About the role

The Professional Services Consultant will implement LexisNexis Risk Solutions products for clients across multiple risk verticals, delivering integration via XML, Web Services, Cloud and hosted web applications. Working in a hybrid model from the São Paulo office, the role combines technical consulting, installation, configuration and post‑production support to drive client‑generated revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical integration and consulting services to external clients and internal sales and support teams across financial services, collections, healthcare, government, law enforcement and insurance sectors.
• Share product knowledge, best practices and technical examples to accelerate implementation projects.
• Analyse issues, determine root causes and coordinate escalation to appropriate resources.
• Maintain up‑to‑date implementation project plans and deliver installation, configuration and 3rd‑level XML support.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for LexisNexis Risk Solutions.
• Participate in departmental projects aimed at improving team productivity.
• Complete required training and stay current on databases, search and web technologies.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of LexisNexis Risk Solutions products and common industry practices.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to audiences with varying technical backgrounds.
• Experience delivering consulting services in a hybrid work environment.
• Proactive, revenue‑focused mindset with a consultative sales approach.
