Dreaming big is in our DNA. It’s who we are as a company and the culture that drives us forward. As a Mobility Specialist I you will support the full expat life‑cycle, ensuring smooth immigration, tax, payroll and relocation processes for our global talent.
Key responsibilities
- Support all mobility moves across geographies, coordinating with zone mobility teams and external vendors.
- Prepare and manage expat documentation such as Letters of Assignment, localization letters and contract components.
- Handle immigration, tax and equity processes, including vendor service orders, document follow‑up and compliance.
- Provide accurate cost estimates, budget preparation and forecasting for assignments.
- Conduct onboarding calls with expats, resolve queries and ensure timely payroll processing.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of end‑to‑end global mobility experience.
- Strong organizational capacity, ability to manage priorities and follow‑up on pending topics.
- Leadership, decision‑making and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication with multicultural teams and a positive, empathetic attitude.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
- Workday system proficiency.
- APRO (Super User) expertise.
- Power BI knowledge.
