About the role
Join Philips' Services & Solutions team in Varginha, Brazil, as a Back Office Services Intern. You will support customer service operations for medical equipment across Latin America, gaining hands‑on experience in operational support and administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Support operational activities of customer service.
- Handle and follow up on client tickets and requests.
- Assist leaders and coordination with area routines.
- Update controls, reports and performance indicators.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the team.
- Perform other related duties as required.
Required profile
- Enrolled in a degree program such as Administration, Production Engineering, Commercial Management, Business Processes or related fields.
- Available to work on‑site in Varginha, MG.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Good communication, organization and interest in customer service.
- Intermediate English is a plus.
- Can commit to an internship of at least two years before graduation.
