Executive Assistant to US CEO (Sales‑Driven, Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to support a US‑based CEO of a home‑service business. This remote position goes beyond traditional admin duties; you will act as the CEO’s right hand, driving sales activities and ensuring the business moves forward each week.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and close deals through appointment setting, direct sales calls, and persistent follow‑up.
• Hire and coordinate service providers, manage dispatch schedules, and oversee customer satisfaction.
• Identify growth opportunities and implement new processes to expand the business.
• Track work hours using Hubstaff and maintain transparent reporting.

Required profile

• Fluent, clear, neutral English suitable for US homeowners.
• Proven experience in sales or appointment‑setting with measurable results.
• Comfortable owning performance metrics and working independently without daily checklists.
• Available to work across any US time zone and up to 50 hours per week, including occasional Saturday mornings.
