Executive Protection Analyst - Day Shift (12x36)

About the role

Control Risks is hiring an Executive Protection Analyst for its Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) in São Paulo, working a day shift on 12-hour shifts (7:00 am to 7:00 pm) with 36 hours off in between. The analyst is the operational link between the GSOC and the executive protection team, overseeing the planning, execution and monitoring of physical and preventive protection measures for executives during missions, travel, events and visits to company sites, with a focus on zero or minimal risk.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main operational liaison between the GSOC and the executive protection team.
• Maintain contact with pre-approved vendors and support budget requests and logistics coordination.
• Develop and run executive protection plans for travel, events and daily movements.
• Check the condition of vehicles and communication equipment used in operations.
• Keep records on travel, vehicles and drivers, and take part in briefings and debriefings.
• Analyze routes and monitor executives' movements, routes, schedules, travel times and flights in real time.
• Use OSINT to follow news and spot potential threats, and work with the CCTV team on suspicious activity.
• Support incident and emergency management following SOPs, and report incidents immediately to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Preferred degree in International Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; advanced Spanish.
• Familiarity with security protocols, risk analysis and crisis management.
• Previous experience in executive protection is highly valued.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Google technologies and other operating systems.
• Ability to manage several tasks and stay focused on detail.
• Strong stakeholder management, decision-making under pressure, and discreet communication.
