Executive Protection Analyst - Night Shift (12x36)

About the role

Control Risks is hiring an Executive Protection Analyst for its Global Security Operations Center (GSOC) in São Paulo, working the night shift on a 12-hour, 36-hours-off schedule. The analyst acts as the operational link between the GSOC and the executive protection team, overseeing the planning, execution and monitoring of physical and preventive protection measures for executives during missions, travel, events and daily routines, with a focus on zero or minimal risk and a discreet, efficient experience.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main operational liaison between the GSOC and the executive protection team, keeping direct contact with pre-approved vendors and supporting budget requests and logistics coordination.
• Develop and execute executive protection plans for travel, events and daily movements, and verify the condition of vehicles and communication equipment.
• Maintain travel, vehicle, driver and other operational documentation, and take part in briefings and debriefings.
• Analyze routes and provide situational support, monitoring movements, schedules, travel times and flights (e.g. delays) in real time.
• Use Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) to monitor news and identify potential threats, and collaborate with the CCTV team on suspicious activity.
• Support incident and emergency management following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Required profile

• Preferred degree in International Relations, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluency in Portuguese and English; advanced Spanish.
• Familiarity with security protocols, risk analysis and crisis management.
• Previous experience in executive protection is highly valued.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Google technologies and other operating systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, with attention to detail, strong stakeholder management and decision-making under pressure.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
