Fashion Designer (Print & Pattern)

About the role

We are looking for a creative Fashion Designer specialized in print and pattern development for our resort women’s wear line. The role will support the design team in creating original prints that align with SHEIN’s brand positioning and market trends.

Key responsibilities

• Complete monthly development requirements for series line prints and coordinate adjustments with planners and designers.
• Design original full‑print and placement‑print patterns that reflect the company’s brand identity.
• Extend and adapt bestselling prints into new pattern collections.
• Conduct data analysis related to print development and track emerging print trends.
• Maintain and organize the internal pattern library.
• Create product mock‑ups to visualize final designs.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in garment pattern design, preferably in resort women’s wear.
• Strong knowledge of printing techniques and plate‑making processes.
• Excellent communication, coordination and logical thinking skills.
• Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to work under pressure.
• Fluent English for collaboration with international teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Photoshop.
• Proficiency in Illustrator.
• Proficiency in CorelDRAW.
• Strong hand‑drawing abilities.
