FBS LMS Administrator

About the role

FBS (Farmer Business Services), part of Farmers' operations, works with Capgemini as Employer of Record. The Learning Operations Team provides technical support for Farmers' learning systems and logistical support for selected training initiatives. This role focuses on supporting the learning management system (LMS) through support tickets, data governance, new functionality rollouts and other LMS administration tasks, and may include implementation and sunsetting of learning systems.

Key responsibilities

• Schedule and administer learning and development system activities with other stakeholders using company-approved tools
• Act as point of contact for system usage and conflict resolution, and communicate and resolve system issues
• Analyse existing systems and procedures, recommend improvements, run quality control audits and implement corrective actions
• Ensure accuracy of all learning system data entry and train other users as required
• Identify continuous improvement opportunities and execute improvement plans
• Alert leadership of system issues affecting learners and staff, provide alternatives and share data with other groups
• Take part in weekly team meetings and help monitor departmental expenses

Required profile

• 5 years of experience in LMS or training support areas
• Experience with Cornerstone OnDemand or another LMS platform
• Nice to have: API implementation experience

Required skills

• Ticketing systems such as ServiceNow or similar
• M365 and Power Platform tools
• Nice to have: Power Platform tools such as Copilot Studio, Power BI and Power Apps
