Finance Head - LATAM

About the role

The Finance Head – LATAM will lead the finance function across the Latin America region, ensuring robust controllership, accurate financial reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements. As a strategic business partner, the role supports regional leadership in planning, performance management, and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting across all markets, overseeing statutory reporting and internal/external audits.
• Maintain a strong controllership framework, including internal controls, governance, and compliance processes.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting and financial planning, partnering with business leaders to drive performance and provide insights on risks and opportunities.
• Manage compliance with local regulatory, tax and statutory requirements, and coordinate relationships with auditors and external advisors.
• Drive standardisation and continuous improvement of finance processes, leveraging automation and best‑practice initiatives.
• Lead and develop finance teams across the region, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification (mandatory).
• MBA or postgraduate finance qualification (desirable).
• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with significant controllership and finance leadership responsibilities.
• Proven experience managing finance operations across multiple countries and jurisdictions in multinational, matrix organisations.
