Finance Manager – Plant Controller (São José dos Campos)

About the role

This position is a senior finance leadership role at Kenvue’s manufacturing plant in São José dos Campos, Brazil. The Finance Manager – Plant Controller will combine strong financial governance with strategic business partnering to drive operational performance and support critical decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the budgeting process and performance tracking for the plant, focusing on workforce planning, discretionary spending and project budgets.
• Act as a strategic partner to senior plant leadership, providing insights and data to support decision‑making and improve operational efficiency.
• Utilize Power BI analytics, SAP ERP and OneStream to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with corporate policies and regulations.
• Participate in leadership meetings, presenting financial performance updates and identifying risks and opportunities.
• Foster collaboration with cross‑functional teams and maintain a strong internal control environment.
• Provide guidance and training on financial controls and best practices to team members.
• Lead initiatives that enhance talent development, engagement and adaptability within the finance function.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed.
• Hands‑on operational experience in finance, accounting or controlling.
• Advanced/Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
• Strong analytical, conceptual thinking and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SAP ERP.
• Experience with OneStream financial consolidation.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Data visualization using Power BI.
