Finance & Strategy Manager (Modelling)

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Finance & Strategy Manager (Modelling) to lead its business planning process. You will partner with product leaders and regional heads to identify, measure, and drive growth and profitability initiatives across the company.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic and financial planning cycles, including monthly reviews, forecasts, and annual budgeting.
• Build and maintain financial forecast models, perform scenario analysis and ad‑hoc deep dives.
• Develop frameworks that give leadership insight into revenue and margins by customer segment, product, and region.
• Identify, implement, and track growth initiatives such as pricing strategies, margin improvements, and new product or market launches.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Data, Growth, Treasury, Risk, and other teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Continuously improve forecasting processes for robustness and efficiency.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in financial modelling, data analysis, or data transformation within banking, consulting, tech startups, or financial institutions.
• Strong quantitative background with a proven ability to deliver results in fast‑paced, cross‑functional environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field from a top university.
• Solid understanding of accounting and financial reporting standards.
