Financial Analyst

About the role

Rebag is seeking a Financial Analyst to support the FP&A Director in driving budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis. The role offers direct visibility to senior leadership, including the CFO and CEO, and works closely with cross‑functional teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Support development and maintenance of financial reporting, including annual budget, monthly forecast, and business reviews.
• Maintain and enhance the company’s financial model, running “what‑if” scenarios and modeling new initiatives.
• Prepare daily liquidity and collateral reports covering cash, accounts receivable, and inventory balances.
• Assist month‑end close by reforecasting and reporting on sales, promotions, marketing, retail commissions, and other key metrics.
• Create and review presentations and detailed financial analyses for senior management, the board, and external capital partners.
• Document FP&A processes and collaborate on new enhancements with project teams.
• Validate metrics and underlying data of SQL‑based business reporting with the Tech team.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (strongly preferred).
• 2‑3 years of professional experience in financial reporting, analysis, forecasting, budgeting, and planning.
• Prior experience in a startup or high‑growth environment is strongly preferred.
• Background in direct‑to‑consumer, retail, e‑commerce, or consumer goods is a plus.
