Financial Controller Brazil

About the role

Haleon is seeking a Financial Controller to lead the finance team for its Brazil market and business unit. The role supports the Hub Regional Financial Controller by delivering accurate, timely reporting and insightful analysis that enable strong financial planning and control.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and comment on monthly financial results, including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain robust financial controls and oversee transaction processing in line with global processes.
• Provide risk, growth and performance insights to the division and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate month‑end close activities, variance analysis and reporting to senior finance leadership.
• Own the market balance sheet, approve reconciliations and support internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis for a business unit or market.
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and best‑practice financial controls.
• Ability to deliver accurate results under tight deadlines and collaborate across functions.
