Financial Planning Analyst (PMO)

About the role

RDI Brazil is seeking a Financial Planning Analyst to serve as the PMO focal point for its Software Development organization. You will support governance, financial planning, portfolio tracking, reporting, and operational control across multiple global teams.

Key responsibilities

• Control project‑management data and provide governance, reporting, and portfolio visibility for the Software Development area.
• Manage rosters, onboarding and off‑boarding processes for teams located in Brazil, the US and India.
• Consolidate status reports from various projects and validate timesheets and expense reports.
• Generate and validate invoice reports for different projects.
• Update finance control tools with actuals and forecasts on a daily basis.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English to interact with international teams.
• Strong analytical, data‑driven mindset with advanced finance and cost‑control knowledge.
• Fast learner, proactive in improving financial controls, highly organized and able to manage multiple cost centers and project codes.
• Effective collaborator across diverse teams and comfortable working under pressure.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel proficiency (data organization, Power Query, dashboards, pivot tables, XLOOKUP, complex formulas).
• Experience building and auditing financial calculations.
• Good to have: Power BI for visual reporting.
