Freelance Social Media Content Manager

About the role

Monks is seeking a freelance Social Media Content Manager to create and maintain engaging, always‑on content across text, image and video formats. You will work closely with the editorial team to translate brand guidelines into culturally relevant social media assets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop content ideas for text, stills and video that align with approved editorial direction.
• Adapt brand tone of voice and guidelines to produce culturally relevant social media posts.
• Identify trends and reactive opportunities that support editorial priorities.
• Manage the content creation workflow in Monday.com, including uploads and tagging.
• Follow up on feedback and validate final assets before publishing.

Required profile

• Passionate about content creation, metric analysis and continuous improvement.
• Comfortable working independently as a freelancer.
