Front End Developer – Level 3

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Front End Developer to join our product team. You will translate customer needs and user expectations into interactive, high‑performance web applications while ensuring an excellent user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with design, product, and development teams to build elegant, responsive interfaces across devices.
• Convert UI/UX designs into functional prototypes, creating reusable modules and maintaining clean code.
• Apply UI development principles to deliver scalable client‑side solutions.
• Monitor key performance metrics, identify issues, and proactively optimise the application.
• Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment and support rapid design/technology changes.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a web developer, UI developer, JavaScript expert, or frontend engineer.
• Strong knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Familiarity with UI layouts, SASS, Bootstrap, and CSS Grid.
• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery and Angular.
• Experience debugging with tools like Chrome Developer Console.
• Passion for good design and usability, and strong communication skills.
• Knowledge of Ember and Ruby is a plus.
