About the role

As a Finance Management Manager at L'Oréal Brazil, you will lead the financial health of the São Paulo manufacturing site, ensuring accurate reporting, cost control and strategic alignment across the company’s three divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the FP&A team, coordinating budget and forecast cycles with the Executive Committee and ensuring integrated communication among L'Oréal’s three divisions in Brazil, as well as close collaboration with Procurement and Supply Chain.
• Manage CAPEX for the São Paulo factory, monitoring budget compliance, internal controls and conducting ROI analyses for new investments.
• Support the Finance Directorate on profitability and growth initiatives, driving cost‑reduction projects that directly impact Operating Profit and fostering a culture of financial awareness.
• Oversee operational controlling, including inventory management, physical stock counts and fixed‑asset administration.
• Ensure accuracy and on‑time delivery of financial reports and perform performance analyses and benchmarking.

Required profile

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Engineering or related fields; postgraduate studies or MBA is a plus.
• Extensive experience in finance with team leadership, preferably in manufacturing or consumer goods environments.
• Advanced/Fluent English for global and regional interaction.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, especially SAP.
• Financial modeling and industrial cost‑analysis expertise.
• Experience in CAPEX management and asset control.
