About the role

This position is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of complex projects in Brazil. The manager will align business objectives, technical execution, and client expectations while acting as a key connector between stakeholders, executive leadership, and delivery teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk controls.
• Oversee portfolio governance, prioritization, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports for data‑driven decisions.
• Lead both agile and traditional methodologies, facilitating ceremonies and planning sessions.
• Serve as the main interface between clients, sponsors, technical teams, and executives.
• Support roadmap definition, OKRs, and strategic planning for the project management area.
• Ensure contractual, technical, regulatory, and commercial compliance.
• Drive governance, process structuring, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar leadership role in complex environments.
• Strong background in technology, software development, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects.
• Solid knowledge of agile and traditional methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, PMBOK, SAFe).
• Experience in portfolio management, prioritization, and strategic governance.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in KPI tracking and executive reporting.
