About the role
This full‑time, on‑site position in Rio de Janeiro seeks a Gerente (Operations Manager) to lead daily activities, coordinate teams and ensure a high‑quality experience for both clients and staff.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and coordinate team activities.
- Manage budgets, resources and financial planning.
- Develop and implement strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Monitor staff performance and maintain compliance with company standards.
- Ensure a high‑quality experience for clients and employees.
Required profile
- Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Project planning and organizational expertise.
- Solid finance and budgeting knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
- Fluency in Portuguese; additional languages are a plus.
- Relevant experience in hospitality, retail or entertainment management is advantageous.
