Graphic Designer – Social Media & Broadcast

About the role

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join Sporty Group’s dynamic team. The role focuses on creating eye‑catching visual content for our social media channels and live broadcast graphics, with a strong emphasis on football‑related themes and internet culture.

Key responsibilities

• Design visual assets for social media – match posts, highlights, announcements, thumbnails and engagement‑driven content.
• Develop and adapt templates to ensure consistency and speed in daily production.
• Create graphic elements for live broadcasts, including scoreboards, lower thirds, transitions and overlays.
• Support the development of visual packages for different competitions and shows, maintaining brand consistency across broadcast and digital platforms.
• Produce institutional and marketing materials such as presentations, pitch decks and promotional assets.
• Contribute simple animations or motion graphics for social posts and promos when required.
• Adapt designs for multiple platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.) and collaborate closely with social, editorial and video teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in digital media, sports or content‑driven environments.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual execution across social, branding and presentation formats.
• Passion for football and awareness of current trends, memes and internet culture.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or Canva.
• Basic understanding of motion tools such as After Effects (plus).
• Understanding of digital platform formats, dimensions and best practices.
