GVP, Global Product Development - Evergreen

About the role

Rimini Street, a global provider of enterprise software support, managed services and Agentic AI ERP solutions for Oracle, SAP and VMware, is seeking a GVP for Global Product Development. The role reports directly to the EVP & Chief Delivery Officer and is based in Brazil. It covers the strategy, governance, performance and business outcomes of the Product Development organization, including Tax, Legal & Regulatory solutions, product enhancements, new product introductions and hot fix delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the global Product Development organization and set its vision, strategy, operating model and priorities.
• Own development execution, productization, lifecycle management and operational performance of the portfolio, including Tax, Legal & Regulatory delivery, maintenance and enhancements, new product introduction and hot fix management.
• Transition products and services from R&D into production, ensuring commercialization, scalability, supportability and long-term lifecycle management.
• Establish governance, prioritization frameworks and investment strategies aligned to business and client value.
• Partner with executive leadership, Product, R&D, Support, Managed Services, Professional Services, Sales and Client Onboarding on priorities.
• Oversee portfolio planning, resource strategy, organizational design, workforce planning and budget management.
• Monitor KPIs and operational metrics to improve quality, delivery, scalability, adoption and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement through automation, modern engineering practices and process optimization.
• Act as accountability owner for development risks, strategic initiatives, product readiness and cross-functional dependencies.
• Build and mentor a leadership team, plan succession and represent Product Development in executive and stakeholder engagements.

Required profile

• 15+ years of leadership experience in enterprise software development, product management, technology services or related fields.
• Proven track record leading global, multi-functional teams with responsibility for strategy, business outcomes, financial performance and growth.
• Experience bringing enterprise software products from concept through commercialization, general availability and ongoing lifecycle management.
• Experience managing product development portfolios covering regulatory, compliance, enhancement and new product initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience); MBA or equivalent preferred.
