Head of Content – Global Growth Leader

About the role

This is a senior leadership position based in Brazil, reporting to a global partner company. The Head of Content will drive the creation and scaling of content that fuels acquisition, engagement and brand consistency across a remote‑first, fast‑moving digital environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a data‑driven content strategy that delivers measurable business outcomes such as organic traffic growth and content‑attributed sign‑ups.
• Own all SEO initiatives, including keyword targeting, search visibility, organic traffic goals and domain authority improvement.
• Build and manage a scalable production framework for web, social, email and video channels, ensuring a consistent publishing cadence.
• Set and uphold editorial standards for quality, accuracy, compliance and brand consistency across every touchpoint.
• Lead, mentor and develop a team of content creators and editors, establishing clear performance objectives.
• Track and optimise channel‑specific engagement metrics and produce comprehensive performance reports for stakeholders.
• Collaborate closely with growth, product and compliance teams to align content with acquisition goals and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership or production, with at least 3 years in a Head or Director role.
• Proven track record of driving measurable business impact through content and SEO, especially in fintech, crypto or digital banking.
• Demonstrated success improving acquisition metrics such as organic traffic, conversion rates and search rankings.
