HR Business Partner (HRBP) – Brazil

About the role

We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to support our Brazil operations and act as the bridge between the local team and headquarters in China. You will drive HR initiatives that enable organizational growth, ensure compliance with Brazilian labor law, and foster a high‑performing culture.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Brazil business leaders to align HR strategy with commercial and operational goals.
• Coordinate HR policies, processes, and initiatives between Brazil and China headquarters.
• Lead workforce planning, recruitment, and talent pipeline development for critical roles.
• Manage the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, engagement, and off‑boarding.
• Provide expert guidance on Brazilian labor legislation and ensure compliance.
• Support compensation and benefits programs, including benchmarking and annual reviews.
• Collaborate on organizational design, capability building, and team effectiveness.
• Handle employee relations with cultural awareness and professionalism.
• Facilitate cross‑cultural communication and localize global HR policies.
• Work with regional and global HR teams to implement continuous improvement programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law and HR practices.
• Experience in multinational or cross‑cultural environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across time zones.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, growing organization.
