HR Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to join our team in Rio de Janeiro under a hybrid work model. The role will focus on driving HR initiatives within a continuous production environment and supporting cultural transformation across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to translate strategic goals into HR solutions, ensure compliance with local regulations, and act as a change agent across functions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives in a production setting.
• Lead and manage cultural change programs to foster an inclusive and high‑performance culture.
• Oversee talent acquisition processes to attract and retain top talent.
• Design and execute talent management and succession planning initiatives.
• Coordinate learning and development activities to build required competencies.
• Provide HR advisory on employee relations and performance management.
• Monitor HR metrics and analytics to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Experience working in multinational companies, preferably with production plants.
• Proven track record in leading cultural change initiatives.
• Strong background in talent acquisition, talent management and learning & development.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory).
• Current residence in Rio de Janeiro with flexibility for hybrid work.
