HR Coordinator – Brazil

About the role

Greif is seeking an HR Coordinator to support its plants across Brazil. You will work closely with local leadership and HR teams to ensure smooth execution of HR development and operational processes.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute core HR processes such as recruitment, selection, training, onboarding, performance cycles, talent reviews and engagement surveys.
• Prepare, monitor and communicate HR KPIs for all Brazilian plants on a monthly basis.
• Assist plant leadership with annual people‑budget planning, monthly promotion and salary adjustments, and obtain required approvals.
• Review and update internal HR policies; support internal and external audits.
• Manage internal communications on HR matters, including employee movements and project updates.
• Provide HR support to Brazil leadership and follow up on global HR projects.

Required profile

• Completed higher‑education degree.
• Fluent or advanced English; Spanish is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Experience managing teams or working in an industrial environment is advantageous.
