HR Operations Analyst (Fixed-Term)

About the role

The HR Operations Analyst will support Ticketmaster’s global HR team, handling day‑to‑day transactional activities across the employee lifecycle and driving process transformation. This fixed‑term role (until 31 January 2027) works closely with HR business partners, the HR Operations Manager and shared services to ensure efficient, technology‑forward HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR operations subject‑matter expert for employee lifecycle processes.
• Support the transition of HR operations activities to the central HR Shared Services group.
• Process system transactions in Workday, document workflows and implement process improvements.
• Participate in technology enhancement, self‑service and process‑improvement projects, providing research, analysis and recommendations.
• Partner with HR management to ensure consistent implementation of processes and programs.
• Identify gaps and opportunities, create and maintain process documentation, and oversee background‑check and reference guides.
• Collaborate with legal, payroll, benefits, immigration and other stakeholders to provide timely guidance.
• Ensure accurate data entry, processing and auditing of employee transactions, and facilitate global onboarding and induction.

Required profile

• Experience supporting HR business partners or shared services in a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of employee lifecycle transactions and HR processes.
• Ability to analyze processes, identify improvements and drive implementation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
