HR Operations Manager – Cabo de Santo Agostinho

About the role

The HR Operations Manager will act as the strategic HR partner for the Cabo de Santo Agostinho site, aligning people initiatives with business objectives. You will oversee labor compliance, workforce planning, employee development, engagement, and cultural transformation while supporting site leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage headcount budgeting, salary and benefit planning, and monitor budget execution.
• Represent the company in union negotiations and collective bargaining agreements.
• Monitor labor inspections and audits, ensuring documentation complies with legislation.
• Coordinate internal communication and endomarketing activities to boost engagement.
• Identify training needs, plan and deliver development programs, and evaluate their effectiveness.
• Support engagement survey action plans and provide employee coaching and career guidance.
• Assist managers with people‑management best practices and feedback.
• Collaborate with Compliance on investigations and reporting.
• Analyze HR metrics, develop action plans, and align HR processes with production and regional teams.
• Lead cultural transformation initiatives that reinforce company values.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations or business partnering, preferably in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of Brazilian labor law, union relations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to manage budgets and HR metrics.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese.
