Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Keeta, the international subsidiary of Meituan, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to join its growing HR team in Brazil. You will work closely with business leaders across multiple lines, helping shape the organization as the company expands rapidly in the global delivery market.

Key responsibilities

• Assist leaders in designing efficient organizational structures and align goals across management teams.
• Conduct regular organizational diagnostics, identify challenges, and drive solutions.
• Lead talent review, recruitment, training, and succession planning for key roles.
• Promote corporate culture and values, organizing employee engagement activities to boost morale.
• Partner strategically with international teams, translating business strategy into tailored HR plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with proven HR Business Partner experience.
• Experience supporting international or multicultural teams is preferred.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong logical thinking, self‑driven, curious, and able to work under pressure.
