Human Resources Business Partner – Operational HR

About the role

As an Operational HR Business Partner at Royal Enfield’s Manaus plant, you will own the full employee lifecycle and create a positive ecosystem that eliminates production loss due to employee‑relations issues. You will work closely with managers and staff to align the workforce with the brand’s values and drive business continuity.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update all employee HR records and documentation.
• Design and deliver induction programs for new hires.
• Ensure timely completion of performance management activities in collaboration with executive rewards.
• Identify training needs, develop learning & development plans, and coordinate initiatives.
• Lead local talent attraction efforts, strengthen the employer brand, and build a sustainable talent pipeline using social media and recruitment agencies.
• Assist in resolving employee‑relations issues, address grievances, and promote employee well‑being and engagement.
• Support diversity, equality, and inclusion initiatives aligned with Royal Enfield values.
• Ensure compliance with Brazilian labour laws and all statutory requirements.
• Monitor attendance, payroll, digitisation projects, and industrial‑relations matters to prevent productivity loss.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in an operational HR role, preferably in automotive or manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Fluent in English with strong conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Deep knowledge of Brazilian labour legislation and statutory compliance.

• Proficient IT and reporting capabilities.
