Implementation Consultant – B2B Client Onboarding (Global)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead B2B client onboarding projects worldwide. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through the transformation of their procurement and financial processes and ensuring a smooth go‑live experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation projects, serving as the primary point of contact from kickoff to live product.
• Conduct deep‑dive discovery sessions to translate business requirements into optimized product workflows.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, data mapping, validation and migration of vendor lists, budgets, and catalogs.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks and unblock technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive workshops and onboarding sprints to enable client self‑sufficiency.
• Create structured enablement resources such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides and short video workflows.
• Partner with Sales, Product and QA teams to resolve technical blockers and feed client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• 1+ year experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously.
• Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Strong analytical mindset with advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills.
• Experience configuring complex B2B SaaS, ERP or CRM systems.
• Excellent change‑management capabilities and ability to handle user resistance.
• Customer‑oriented, proactive, highly organized with strong presentation and communication skills.
• Problem‑solving mindset, able to reverse‑engineer technical issues and collaborate with engineering on API and integration challenges.
