Influencer Marketing Project Manager

About the role

SAMY, a global brand communication agency, is hiring an Influencer Marketing Project Manager in Sao Paulo, Brazil, working in a hybrid setting. Reporting to the Influencer Marketing Account Lead, you will lead and coordinate internal project operations for influencer marketing campaigns, keeping teams aligned on responsibilities, deliverables, milestones and deadlines. You will monitor progress, manage priorities and dependencies, flag risks early and help ensure multiple campaigns across several markets run on time and to a high standard.

Key responsibilities

• Make sure everyone involved in the project knows their responsibilities, deliverables and deadlines.
• Work closely with the Account Lead, who handles client communication, while you lead and coordinate internal processes.
• Ensure all deliverables are completed on time, sometimes across several campaigns and up to 17 markets at once.
• Coordinate internal teams and keep them informed about key milestones, dependencies and deadlines.
• Proactively identify and flag potential risks, delays and blockers.
• Monitor project progress and act as the first point of contact for the internal team when they need support.
• Help teams prioritize tasks and resolve issues before they affect the timeline or quality.

Required profile

• Experience managing projects, timelines, deliverables and multiple workstreams at the same time.
• Ability to coordinate influencer marketing campaigns across several markets and manage complex workflows.
• Experience coordinating internal teams and keeping them aligned across functions.

Required skills

• Task prioritization, resource coordination and deadline management.
• Tracking project status and milestones and communicating progress to stakeholders.
• Proactive identification of delays, dependencies, blockers and execution risks.
