Insurance Regulatory Compliance Analyst (Remote)

About the role

FBS (Farmer Business Services), part of Farmers' talent operations and working through Capgemini as Employer of Record, is hiring a Remote Insurance Regulatory Compliance Analyst. The role provides routine data collection, preparation and administrative support for complaint response duties handled by Regulatory Affairs Specialists, and supports timely regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide routine data collection, preparation and administrative support for complaint response duties handled by Regulatory Affairs Specialists.
• Support work queue assignment, data uploads to state regulatory portals and other technical tasks needed for timely regulatory reporting.
• Escalate complex issues to specialists or management.
• Prepare standard and ad hoc reports on complaints and regulatory matters using established templates and procedures.
• Collect and organise complaint, policy, billing and related business information for internal and external reporting.
• Coordinate with Product, Billing, Claims, Service, I/T and other partners to obtain documentation, confirm data needs and route policy or billing inquiries.
• Maintain complaint file tracking, work assignment queues, portal records, data dictionary fields and other metadata updates.
• Review assigned information for completeness and consistency, escalating discrepancies to specialists or management.
• Research and evaluate policy processing transactions to help resolve complaints, and assist in plans to address complaint trends.
• Take part in department and team sessions on complaint trends, and assist with data calls, premium surveys, market conduct exams and investigations.
