Intermodal Manager

About the role

The Intermodal Manager will lead inland logistics operations, designing and delivering multimodal solutions that balance cost and service quality across Brazil. This position ensures operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and sustainable growth of intermodal activities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers to understand logistics needs and identify expansion opportunities.
• Develop and update inland logistics products, pricing, and action plans to strengthen intermodal offerings.
• Monitor supplier performance, manage container stock levels, and coordinate repositioning activities.
• Register operations in internal systems, resolve invoice discrepancies, and ensure cost‑effective execution.
• Lead and coach operational and commercial teams, prioritize daily workload, and drive KPI‑based improvements.
• Produce regular reports on volume, profitability, and project status.

Required profile

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to monitor performance indicators and implement corrective actions.
• Leadership experience in coordinating cross‑functional logistics or commercial teams.
• Customer‑focused approach with problem‑solving orientation.
