About the role

We are looking for a Jovem Aprendiz to provide administrative and operational support within our bilingual school environment. The successful candidate will assist the designated department with daily tasks, learn our processes and policies, and contribute to ongoing projects while maintaining confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the assigned department.
  • Assist in research, data collection, analysis and preparation of reports.
  • Support ongoing projects and departmental initiatives.
  • Maintain and organize records, documents and relevant information.
  • Collaborate with team members to execute daily activities and project tasks.
  • Learn and apply organizational processes, policies and best practices.
  • Ensure confidentiality of company information.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the immediate manager.
  • Identify and report potential safeguarding or health & safety concerns in accordance with ISP policies.
  • Promote respect, inclusion and well‑being among colleagues and students.
