Junior Accountant – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Accounting Technician to join our finance team at Cargobull Service Solutions in Santarém. This entry‑level position is designed for recent graduates who want to start a career in accounting and benefit from structured training and development.

Key responsibilities

• Organise, classify and enter vendor accounting documents.
• Assist in checking and reconciling general ledger accounts and sub‑ledgers.
• Support bank reconciliation analysis.
• Help prepare financial statements, monthly reports and management analyses.

Required profile

• Recent graduate with a degree in Accounting, Economics or Management.
• Strong teamwork orientation and willingness to learn.
• Good IT literacy from a user perspective.
• Fluent written and spoken English (additional languages a plus).
• Ability to meet reporting deadlines and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excel skills (bonus).
