About the role
Amaris Consulting is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager with a hunter profile to manage large IT accounts. You will act as the primary contact for strategic clients, fostering strong relationships and driving business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage strategic IT accounts and serve as Amaris’ focal point for each client.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Develop business within existing accounts (hunting & farming) and identify new opportunities.
- Support the creation of account plans, set targets, and maintain a robust pipeline through cold calling and active prospecting.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition and Delivery teams to meet client demands.
- Monitor account KPIs, prepare reports, and present results to internal and external parties.
Required profile
- Experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success within IT services or consulting.
- Proven track record working with large accounts.
- Excellent communication skills and professional presence.
- Ability to engage with executive‑level stakeholders.
- Results‑driven, organized, and autonomous.
- Fluent English for interaction with international clients.
