Junior Project Manager – Retail Digital Experience

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to lead the development and deployment of interactive digital experiences for retail environments. The role bridges commercial strategy with technical execution, ensuring global software and training initiatives are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the global Demo Mode software roadmap as a customer‑facing digital product.
• Design scalable retail training content that aligns regional teams with premium brand strategies.
• Translate high‑level business and brand requirements into detailed functional specifications for engineering teams.
• Coordinate global software and training launch windows alongside new product introductions.
• Implement tracking systems, shared calendars, and status templates to improve pipeline visibility.
• Oversee program budget, purchase orders, and financial reporting.
• Ensure all digital experiences comply with brand standards, trademark guidelines, and legal disclosures.
• Define global frameworks that enable regional execution of experience‑driven retail initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Systems, Marketing or a related analytical field.
• 4+ years of experience managing interactive digital projects, retail software lifecycles, or global marketing operations.
• Proven ability to work across non‑technical commercial teams and technical development teams.
• Strong attention to detail, financial acumen, and reliable time‑management.
• High organizational maturity and respect for cross‑functional alignment protocols.
