Junior Recruiter – International Talent Acquisition

About the role

Affinity, a Portuguese technology consulting firm, is looking for a Junior Recruiter to join its growing international team. Based in Brazil, you will support talent acquisition across multiple European markets, helping to source and engage candidates for a variety of tech projects.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards and other recruiting tools.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews and assess cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules across different time zones.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system.
• Support senior recruiters in building talent pipelines for international hiring.

Required profile

• College degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internships count).
• Strong communication skills in Portuguese and English (minimum B2 level).
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented and comfortable working remotely.
• Based in Brazil with a genuine interest in international recruitment.

Required skills

• Familiarity with LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Experience using job boards and other sourcing platforms.
