About the role
uCloud is seeking a strategic Key Account Manager to drive growth in Brazil. You will manage high‑value enterprise relationships and position our Google Cloud Platform and Google Workspace solutions across the market.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategy for an assigned portfolio of medium and large enterprises.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client challenges and recommending tailored GCP and Google Workspace solutions.
- Plan short‑, medium‑, and long‑term sales and branding activities to expand market presence.
- Own sales, credit, and financial targets and deliver regular KPI and performance reports.
- Coordinate ongoing projects to ensure client satisfaction and delivery excellence.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account Manager or Account Manager handling medium to large enterprise accounts.
- Strong knowledge of the Brazilian market and experience with enterprise clients, preferably in CPG or similar sectors.
- Excellent negotiation skills, strategic mindset, and results‑oriented focus.
