About the role
We are looking for a strategic and results‑driven Key Account Manager to join SanDisk’s team in São Paulo, Brazil. In this position you will be the main point of contact for our most valuable clients, responsible for growing revenue and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to maximise revenue growth and market penetration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C‑level executives and key stakeholders.
- Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
- Conduct regular account reviews, analyse performance metrics and present insights to senior management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing and service level agreements.
- Manage account budgets, forecasts and pipeline reporting.
- Coordinate with product, delivery and support teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to spot risks and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and provide regular updates.
Required profile
- 3‑5+ years of proven experience in key or strategic account management, preferably in distribution.
- Demonstrated success in growing strategic client relationships and meeting revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and account lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
- Fluent in Portuguese and English.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM software.
- Experience using sales analytics tools.
- Ability to create presentations with presentation software.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools.
