Key Account Manager – US Retail Accounts

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Key Account Manager to own our largest U.S. retail accounts, including national distributors and major retailers such as Target, Walmart, Hy‑Vee, BFG, and Arett. The role focuses on end‑to‑end buyer relationship management, ensuring strong commercial performance and accurate forecasting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day communication with key retail buyers and maintain long‑term relationships.
• Coordinate product setup, retailer portals, pricing, and submissions.
• Forecast demand and sales in collaboration with Supply Chain.
• Monitor sales performance, profitability, and account health; identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Plan and execute promotions with Marketing, organize trade shows, and handle related logistics.
• Maintain retailer portals, buyer‑facing marketing assets, and keep HubSpot updated with activities, notes, forecasts, and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing U.S. B2B key accounts for national retailers or distributors.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Experience with sales forecasting, demand planning, and pricing strategy.
• Full‑time availability during U.S. Central Time business hours.
• Based in Latin America.

Required skills

• HubSpot (or similar CRM) proficiency.
