Learning & Development Analyst & Multimedia Instructional Designer

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Learning & Development Analyst who will also serve as a Multimedia Instructional Designer for mandatory training. The role focuses on creating engaging e‑learning experiences that support strategic business objectives and meet the diverse needs of Mastercard employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Mandatory Learning Team and other stakeholders to understand project briefs and maintain existing training materials.
• Prototype and build multimedia learning assets, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with learning objectives.
• Select appropriate instructional design modalities beyond e‑learning, considering scalability and maintenance.
• Draft design documents such as scripts, outlines, wireframes, storyboards, and learning objectives.
• Curate and update learning content libraries.
• Apply agile methodologies, using iterative development and feedback loops to continuously improve assets.
• Develop interactive learning modules using e‑learning authoring tools, primarily Articulate Rise and Articulate Storyline.

Required profile

• Experience in instructional design or learning development, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with agile development processes and iterative content improvement.
