Legal Counsel – Global Legal Operations Analyst

About the role

Cyncly is seeking a proactive legal professional to support daily legal operations across its global business. The role blends corporate legal knowledge with a solutions‑focused mindset, working closely with internal teams, external counsel, and cross‑functional partners.

Key responsibilities

• Support a wide range of legal operational activities across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage and coordinate matters with external law firms and legal service providers.
• Assist in handling litigation, disputes, regulatory inquiries, and customer escalations.
• Conduct legal research and prepare summaries, recommendations, and risk assessments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather information, analyze issues, and support decision‑making.
• Participate in meetings with internal teams and international stakeholders, documenting key discussions and action items.
• Help develop, implement, and maintain legal policies, procedures, playbooks, and internal guidelines.
• Monitor legal matters and ensure timely follow‑up on actions, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Support data‑privacy, regulatory‑compliance, and emerging topics such as AI and technology‑related legal issues.
• Act as liaison between legal, business, and operational teams to facilitate efficient issue resolution.
• Provide administrative and operational legal support as needed.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of corporate legal environments and business operations.
• Experience handling legal, regulatory, litigation, or dispute‑related matters.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
