Legal Counsel / Junior Lawyer (Temporary)

About the role

Envision, a global green‑technology group, is looking for a temporary Legal Counsel / Junior Lawyer to support its Latin America operations. The role involves providing day‑to‑day legal assistance on commercial, procurement, and corporate matters while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft and negotiate general commercial contracts and routine legal documents.
• Support procurement, supplier, service‑provider, lease, NDA and administrative contracts across LATAM.
• Answer business‑team queries on commercial, procurement, administrative and operational legal issues.
• Assist corporate governance activities, including corporate amendments, powers of attorney and approvals.
• Coordinate with external counsel in LATAM jurisdictions when local law input is required.
• Organise and maintain legal templates, corporate documents, contract records and approval materials.
• Help improve internal legal processes and reduce response times for routine matters.

Required profile

• Qualified lawyer with approximately 2–3 years of post‑qualification experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating general commercial agreements.
• Basic understanding of corporate documentation and governance.
