Manager Consumer Marketing

About the role

Lilly Brazil is seeking a strategic and creative Manager Consumer Marketing to lead consumer‑centric initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty among patients and healthcare consumers. You will work closely with brand, global, and external partners to shape how Lilly connects with end‑users across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch content‑driven campaigns that educate patients and encourage treatment seeking.
• Innovate patient interaction solutions, including digital ecosystems and collaboration initiatives.
• Guide brand teams in extracting consumer insights with market research and agency partners.
• Lead the creation of consumer messaging and collaborate with agencies on creative platforms.
• Drive ideation of novel digital‑health strategies to meet business needs.
• Establish social media partnerships with platforms, digital KOLs, and patient organizations to promote disease awareness.
• Monitor campaign metrics and adjust tactics to maximize impact.
• Execute the operational Patient Engagement plan aligned with broader strategy.
• Support brand teams in defining target segments, patient journeys, and critical success factors.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience in consumer‑related strategy and tactics within multinational companies.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional internal teams and external agencies.
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Portuguese is a plus.
