Marketing Associate - Social Impact Program

About the role

DataCamp is looking for a Marketing Associate to grow its core Social Impact program (DataCamp Classrooms). This is a hybrid role combining growth marketing, partnership management and content creation. You will represent DataCamp to hundreds of educators in the USA and Europe, driving adoption through direct product demos and supporting technical integrations, while also owning organic growth such as link building, Reddit community management and press releases.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire and onboard key academic partners in the USA and Europe, and act as the main contact for North American teachers.
• Support onboarding through product demos, documentation and the landing of partnerships with government bodies, LLM labs and corporate CSR partners.
• Drive traffic to the Social Impact pages by managing digital forum presence (Reddit, Discord).
• Support press releases, blog posts, newsletters, social media posts and tutorials.
• Develop teacher-facing resources such as welcome tutorials and support documentation.
• Prototype low-code automations (e.g. n8n or Make.com) and use AI tools to standardize processes.
• Own link-building with nonprofits and university partners.
• Identify improvements across the marketing funnel, run tests and iterate on metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, social sciences or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience with go-to-market initiatives.
• Fluent in English.
• Comfortable giving live demos and presenting to educators and administrators.
• Experience engaging with communities on Reddit, Discord or similar forums.
• Data-driven, able to track and report on own metrics, and highly organized.
• Bonus: experience with US universities, content writing, video editing or visual design.
