Growth Strategy Manager (Brazil Market) - Buenos Aires

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is looking for a Growth Strategy Manager to shape its expansion across the Brazil region. The role owns the growth roadmap, defines how the business model and partner portfolio are built, and sits at the intersection of data, marketing and business development. It is open to candidates willing to relocate to Buenos Aires.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the business plan for key Brazil expansion areas and partners, driving projects with strong impact on product prioritization and localized revenue optimization.
• Act as lead advisor to top-tier strategic partners, using Fever's data and technology to help them grow.
• Turn complex data into actionable business cases and take accountability for key metrics such as CAC, LTV and ROI.
• Optimize new business streams and cross-functional workflows so operations stay lean and efficient as the business scales.
• Work with regional stakeholders such as country and regional general managers to build business cases for local marketing and technology needs.

Required profile

• At least 4-5 years of experience in an analytical business role, with a track record of leading complex projects and delivering measurable growth; experience in strategy consulting, fast-growing startups or investment banking is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Statistics, Data Analytics or Strategy.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese is a must; Spanish is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage, influence and align diverse stakeholders across cultures and disciplines.

Required skills

• Analytical skills: using data to make strategic decisions and tell convincing stories to senior stakeholders.
• Preferred: proficiency in SQL, Python or R.
