Marketing Operations & Performance Manager (North America)

About the role

CI&T is looking for a Marketing Operations & Performance Manager to lead the operational systems, processes, and reporting that support North American marketing initiatives. Based in Brazil, you will manage a Brazil‑based operations team and work closely with marketing leadership, GTM managers, and sales leaders to ensure campaigns, ABM programs, events, and digital initiatives run efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Lead marketing operations for North America while mentoring a Brazil‑based team.
• Establish and manage intake and workflow processes to prioritize requests, timelines, and resources.
• Coordinate operational support across campaigns, events, and GTM initiatives.
• Partner with Sales leadership to align lead lifecycle stages, qualification criteria, and funnel management.
• Maintain governance over MQL, SAL, and opportunity definitions.
• Identify and implement improvements to marketing systems, automation, and infrastructure.
• Work with analysts to turn campaign and funnel data into strategic insights.
• Monitor website performance, search visibility, and engagement metrics to support SEO and AI‑driven search optimization.
• Provide clear, actionable reporting linking marketing activity to business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading marketing operations teams.
• Strong understanding of lead management, funnel governance, and performance reporting.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including sales, technology, and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
