Marketplace Account Management Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Marketplace Account Management Manager to lead the strategy and growth of multiple product categories on SHEIN’s platform in São Paulo. The role will drive GMV expansion, broaden assortment, and strengthen seller relationships to meet consumer demand.

Key responsibilities

• Set and execute strategic priorities across all marketplace categories to maximize GMV, seller performance, and assortment growth.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Account Management team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
• Translate company objectives into actionable team OKRs and monitor progress against key business deliverables.
• Analyze category performance, identify gaps and opportunities, and implement data‑driven optimisation initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships with sellers and internal stakeholders, aligning efforts with SHEIN’s profitability and operational standards.
• Drive cross‑functional projects that improve operational efficiency and introduce innovative solutions.
• Spot new growth opportunities in the marketplace and apply analytical insights to unlock additional potential.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large teams and multiple business areas or categories.
• Strong strategic mindset with a track record of defining and implementing KPIs and OKRs.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems and make data‑based decisions across diverse categories.
• Hands‑on experience in marketplace or e‑commerce environments, preferably in fashion or high‑growth segments.
